The Splash Brothers Grace Us With Their Presence:
In Game 1, Steph Curry and Klay Thompson combined for 20 points. In Game 2, they did a bit better and got 35 combined points. In Game 3, they combined for 29 points.
During Games 1 and 2, it didn’t matter that they didn’t perform to their usual standard because everyone else (especially Livingston and Green) stepped up.
But in Game 3, the Dubs really could have used the Splash Brothers, especially as LeBron scored 32 to carry his team to a 120 – 90 victory.
But finally the Splash Brothers showed up and combined for 63 points, confirming something we all already know: when the Splash Brothers show up, they’re unstoppable.
And thanks to the MVP, the Dubs have a shot at winning the Finals in Oakland on Monday.
